Eligibility Requirements:
Client must be U.S. resident.
Client must have a listing agreement in place with a real estate agent.
Client must have at least a 680 FICO
Client must have sufficient equity in the home.
Client must be an owner or be able to act on behalf of the owner (e.g. POA, LLC, Trust) of the property.
Client must not have any recent unresolved bankruptcies.
Property must have $4M list price or lower
