Eligibility Requirements:

  • Client must be U.S. resident.

  • Client must have a listing agreement in place with a real estate agent.

  • Client must have at least a 680 FICO

  • Client must have sufficient equity in the home.

  • Client must be an owner or be able to act on behalf of the owner (e.g. POA, LLC, Trust) of the property.

  • Client must not have any recent unresolved bankruptcies.

  • Property must have $4M list price or lower
